What This Assurance Covers

This assurance applies to all RF Richmond PVC Accessories, including Skirting, T Profiles, Reducers, Stair Noses, and Quarter Rounds.
It covers the accessory material only against manufacturing defects when used under normal interior conditions and maintained according to standard flooring care practices.

• Residential: 5 years from the date of purchase
• Commercial: 2 years from the date of purchase

Conditions of Coverage

The coverage period runs from the purchase date and assumes proper installation, normal indoor use, and regular maintenance.
All PVC accessories are designed to deliver long-term performance, dimensional stability, and visual durability when installed in accordance with recommended procedures.

What’s Not Covered (Exclusions)

• Improper installation: Including use of incompatible adhesives or poor surface preparation
• Misuse or damage: Any damage caused by impact, sharp objects, or improper cleaning
• Environmental factors: Exposure to extreme heat, direct sunlight, moisture, or outdoor conditions
• Chemical damage: Contact with corrosive or staining agents not intended for PVC materials
• Natural events: Damage resulting from flooding, fire, or other force majeure incidents
• Note: This assurance covers product material only. It does not include labour, installation, removal, reinstallation, trims, or consequential costs.
