4. Pricing & Payments

All prices listed on FlooringHouse.ae are in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
We accept various forms of payment, including bank transfer, credit/debit card, or cash on delivery (where applicable).
Your order will be confirmed once payment is successfully processed.

5. Orders & Delivery

After you place an order, you will receive an email or WhatsApp confirmation. Delivery timelines vary based on stock availability and location.
We aim to deliver within 1–3 business days within the UAE, subject to product readiness.
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery of the goods.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the product is:

• Damaged or defective upon delivery, or
• Not as described on the website.

Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery, with supporting photos and invoice reference.
Custom-cut or special-order items are non-refundable.

7. Warranties

All flooring products are covered by a manufacturer’s limited warranty as specified on the product page.
Warranty covers factory defects only and does not include damage caused by improper installation, maintenance, or misuse.

8. Limitation of Liability

FlooringHouse.ae and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our website or products.
Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the purchased product.
