We value your trust and want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. This Return and Refund Policy explains how returns, replacements, and refunds are handled for orders placed through FlooringHouse.ae.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept product returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The product is unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging.
  • A return request is submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

To initiate a return, please contact us via email or WhatsApp with:

  • Order number
  • Product name
  • Photos showing the issue (if damaged or incorrect)

Once verified, our support team will guide you through the process.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are not eligible for return or refund, including:

  • Items that have been installed, used, or altered in any way.
  • Cut-to-size, special-order, or clearance items.
  • Products sold under promotional “as-is” or “final sale” conditions.

3. Return Process

Once your return request is approved:

  1. We will arrange a pickup or drop-off of the product (depending on location).
  2. The returned item will be inspected by our quality team.
  3. If approved, we will issue an exchange or refund within 7–10 business days.

If the returned product does not meet the eligibility criteria, it will be sent back to the customer at their expense.

4. Refund Method

Refunds are processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Depending on your bank, refunds may take 7–14 business days to appear in your account.

For orders paid via:

  • Credit/Debit Card → Refund to the same card
  • Bank Transfer / Cash on Delivery

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide clear photos or videos of the issue.
    We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

6. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch without penalty.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled but may qualify for return under the conditions above.
