We are committed to providing fast, reliable, and transparent delivery across the UAE. This Shipping Policy outlines our delivery timelines, charges, and service standards.
1. Delivery Coverage
We deliver to all major cities and emirates across the United Arab Emirates, including:
Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah.
For large-format porcelain slabs and bulk flooring orders, delivery is available to ground-accessible locations. Special handling or lifting equipment (if required) will be arranged at the customer’s expense.
2. Delivery Timeframes
We offer Next-Day Delivery for in-stock products within the UAE.
Delivery times may vary based on location, order size, and availability:
- Dubai & Sharjah: 1 working day
- Abu Dhabi & Northern Emirates: 1–2 working days
- Special Orders or Bulk Deliveries: 3–5 working days
You will receive a confirmation message or call once your order is dispatched.
3. Shipping Charges
- Free Express Shipping on orders above AED 1,000 (SPC / LVT flooring only).
- Orders below AED 1,000 will incur a nominal delivery charge, displayed at checkout.
- For porcelain slabs, heavy materials, or remote locations, additional handling fees may apply (you will be notified before dispatch).
4. Order Processing
Once payment is confirmed:
- Orders are processed within 24 hours.
- You will receive an email or WhatsApp confirmation with order and tracking details.
- Our logistics team will contact you to schedule the delivery time.
5. Delivery Conditions
- Deliveries are made to the ground floor or nearest accessible point.
- Customers must ensure that access to the delivery location is safe and unobstructed.
- If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, re-delivery charges may apply.
6. International Shipping
Currently, FlooringHouse.ae delivers only within the United Arab Emirates.
For export or bulk shipment inquiries, please contact our logistics team directly.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide clear photos or videos, and our support team will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
